We collect personal information when you fill in a form on this site (for example, the contact form or the free website audit form). Specifically:
We don't run any tracking cookies, advertising pixels or behavioural analytics on this site. See our Cookie Policy for the small technical bits that are used.
We use what you give us to do exactly what you asked: reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, send you the audit you requested, or arrange a call. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking, and we won't pass your details to any third party for marketing purposes — ever.
Our lawful basis is your consent (you filled in the form to start a conversation) and our legitimate interest in running a business and following up on enquiries.
To run the site and reply to you, we use a small number of trusted services that may briefly handle your data on our behalf:
None of these resell your data. They process it strictly to deliver their service.
If we don't end up working together, we'll delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do work together, we keep your contact details for the duration of the project plus six years (for our own records and tax requirements). You can ask us to delete it sooner — see below.

Some of the services we use (e.g. Netlify, FormSubmit) may process data on servers in the United States. They operate under UK-recognised data transfer mechanisms (UK-US Data Bridge / Standard Contractual Clauses) so your data stays protected.
This site is intended for business owners over 18. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top. The current version always lives at ajhtechnology.digital/privacy.
